Get Ready for a Fall Election!
Last month, Penn State admin forced a lengthy hearing with the PA Labor Relations Board. As part of the process, the PLRB established that Penn State grad workers will have an election to win our union this Fall! The election will take place between late October and mid-November, with exact dates, times, and locations to be determined. To win big this fall, graduate workers are organizing NOW!

After a successful election, Penn State admin will be legally obligated to meet grad workers at the bargaining table and negotiate a new contract. Grad workers are shaping the priorities at the bargaining table by filling out the bargaining survey. To ensure grad workers can start negotiating and win a fair contract as soon as possible, it’s important to have a representative majority complete the survey. Fill out your bargaining survey below!
